Five projects, one page. Each one shows how far along it is, the single
next step, and whether anything needs you.
Crewora
Live · almost ready for beta
The app is live and working. Roadmap Steps 1, 2, 4, 5 and 8 are
done with evidence — the real AI test passed on Nov 2, and the
pricing you picked (Pricing A) has been deployed. The live Stripe
self-test is now the path: you will test live Stripe yourself
later today with your own card, using a 90%-off, single-use
discount code for the $9 credit pack only, so you pay $0.90 — a
real payment that can then be refunded as proof. The checkout fix
for that test is done and deployed (Nov 3, 08:20 EST): credit-pack
checkout now accepts discount codes, and the credit-grant check
accepts a discounted payment only when Stripe's discount amount
exactly matches the price minus what was paid, so a discounted
payment still grants the pack correctly. The discount code itself
is not created yet: creating it through the Stripe connection was
refused (write permission), and read-backs confirm no coupon or
code exists yet. Also on Nov 3 (around 08:30 EST), the Step 7
workspace-setup gate (1A-3) was proven: a prepared staging
account that had never set up a workspace first got a 404
"workspace not set up" response, and after making the same call
the "Set up my workspace" button makes, it had exactly 1
workspace and 1 Free-50 credit account. That proof came from the
API click-path plus served-code evidence — not from a
browser-visual screenshot — and Step 7 as a whole is still not
done: other gates and your own backup receipt are still missing.
Step 9's phone-view and console checks were likewise checked by
code and asset evidence only, not a real phone render or console
capture, and Step 9 is still not done either — the support route
and monitoring are still open.

Next step
Create the coupon and code in the Stripe Dashboard with those exact restricted settings (90% off, the $9 pack only, one use, 14-day expiry), then your $0.90 test purchase and the refund proof. Paid checkout stays closed to the public until that live purchase + refund proof passes.
Needs you
Sign in to Stripe later today (as you planned) so the test code can be created in the Dashboard.
SI-Trader
Site live · checkout live
Verified Nov 3: si-trader.net is live at $569, one-time only — the
Square checkout is live and the stray monthly option is gone. The
locked delivery build is verified (licence lock present), and the
Payhip product is live (Unlisted) with that same locked build.

Next step
Delivery to Square buyers stays manual by email for now. Chart templates for NQ, MNQ, ES, MES and CL are still to come.
Needs you
The chart templates — and the Square bank account step is yours.
Luma Funding
Testing only · pre-launch
The site is live at lumafunded.com with the approved prices
exactly: $69 / $99 / $159 / $229 one-time, or $39 / $45 / $89 / $149
monthly — 90% split, $0 activation, $0 data fees. Overnight, the
Test Lab replay checks passed 7 of 7 computable checks. Dashboard
payments stay in test mode — no real money.

Next step
The partner track waits on your items below — then you send the NinjaTrader inquiry yourself.
Needs you
Entity type and signature name for the inquiry, the Zoho setup so support@lumafunded.com goes live — and one call: the site says 8 minis on the $50K plan but the dashboard starts at 5 lots. Which one is right?
Vequro
Base being fixed
Takeover Steps 1–4 are done at code level — the PIN gate and the
recovered fixes are merged into the recovery baseline. You picked
fix Option A; the fix is pushed as draft pull request #61. The
latest check run (41656517879) on the newest fix head (2982c637)
is now completed — cancelled at the full 60-minute cap. The check
job ran 14:43:38–15:44:13 UTC: install passed, lint passed, then
the security and automated QA step ran 59 minutes 32 seconds and
was cancelled, and every later step — including proof transport —
was skipped. That is not a code failure and not a pass — there is
still no verdict on the fixes. All three check runs on pull
request #61 have now been cancelled at exactly their job time
caps (15, then 30, then 60 minutes), while the full local suite
on the same fixed tree finished in about 29 minutes — so a
hanging or extremely slow test in the CI environment is now the
leading suspicion, rather than the time limit simply being too
short.

Next step
Diagnose which test or group does not finish in CI — not just raise the timeout again. If a complete run ever goes green, pull request #61 is marked ready and merged (founder tap), then the checks run again on the merged recovery branch (PR #53), then the second-account approving review, then the one-sitting staging pass.
Needs you
Your say-so for the diagnosis step — any workflow-file change or new code push for diagnosis needs your explicit approval for that exact step.
THAAI
Live — porch landing and porch app now in production
The porch landing page went live at thaai.net on your tap, and the
porch app was then promoted to production on your explicit go —
the new app is live in production (version 87). Outside checks
pass: the health check is unchanged (sign-ups on; public posts,
video and outside AI still off), the login page serves the new
app, and staging is untouched. The 12-point signed-in check was
re-run and completed on Nov 3, 08:10–08:18 EST, with you awake and
approving Google's sign-in prompts live (numbers 83, then 92): 11
of 12 points pass in production — identity and porch design,
posting, commenting, likes, following, the friends view and a
friend request sent, sharing and reposting with the members-only
link note, a photo post, Calm Mode on and off, the Lumen Passport
honesty wording (Lumen's helper stays off in production), and
staying signed in with everything intact after signing out and
back in. The one point that did not pass is group creation,
refused with "Group limit reached (3 owned groups)" — that is a
product limit, not a break, and nothing was deleted to force the
test. The check left labeled test traces under your own account:
a test post and comment, a photo post, a repost, a like, a follow,
and a pending friend request. The real-Lumen chapter also started
on Nov 3 on your go (around 08:26 EST), with OpenAI chosen as her
brain. Lumen's own account is live as of 09:09 EST, verified in
the database: she joined through the real email sign-up door,
handle @lumen, display name Lumen, with you as her operator of
record. The labeling code is prepared but not deployed yet — her
profile still shows the HUMAN tag until that deploy — and no AI
replies are live in production yet.

Next step
Paste the OpenAI key through the secure link sent at 08:26 EST — that is the last missing piece before the labeling deploy, Lumen's first supervised reply, and the reply loop. Also your call on groups — raise the owned-group limit or free a slot — so group creating and posting can be proven; then the founder acceptance pass.
Needs you
Paste the OpenAI key via the secure link — and the group-limit call: raise the limit, or free one of your 3 owned groups.
